Who consults with you about your software and hardware needs?
Salespeople? Your IT staff? Your IT staff may be technical geniuses, but
do they really understand how your employees use your system to do their jobs?

picture of your network and software, or do you add things as you see you need
them?
Our extensive system evaluation involves an inventory of all hardware,
software and systems which are presently in place. We will interview your
employees and principals who use the system to determine whether the system is
meeting their needs. After gathering all of the data, we will provide a
report which reflects the existing system and rates its reliability,
effectiveness in meeting the needs of your employees and makes any
recommendations as to hardware or software upgrades which will make your
existing system more reliable and a more efficient tool for your company.

System Design and Implementation
Do you have an IT staff? If so, does your IT staff or contract administrators know how your company operates?
Do they understand the level of your employee's comfort with certain software
products? Many companies have the technical expertise to design and
implement your new network, but few take the time and effort to listen and
evaluate your company's needs before making a recommendation. We interview
your employees and principals to understand your needs before making a system
recommendation. You will be provided a written detailed analysis of your
needs simultaneously with price quotes for your proposed system. You will
also be provided with a projected budget which will be required to maintain your
system. Implementing the perfect system without having the cash flow to
maintain the system is a terrible disservice to your company. In
planning the system, you will be working with Jennifer Suits, who speaks your
language and can translate those needs and concerns to the purely technical
people who will implement your system.

IT Personnel Placement
You know your business. IT professionals know computers. Combining the
two can result in problems. There is an inherent communication problem in
that the language you use to express your needs and the jargon IT professionals
use to communicate their proposed solutions are vastly different. Rather
that using a highly paid employee to try to locate the appropriately qualified
and suited IT professional is a waste of time, money and may not be effective.
